Heretaunga Tamatea Settlement Trust (HTST) is searching for two individuals to fill the role of Committee Member on it's Investment Committee. 

Heretaunga Tamatea Settlement Trust is the Post Settlement Governance Entity for Heretaunga Tamatea established to receive the redress negotiated by He Toa Takitini in settlement of the historical Treaty grievances of Heretaunga Tamatea against the Crown. 

HTST have entered an exciting new era and are moving forward with seeing the benefits for the iwi, hapū and whānau of Heretaunga Tamatea with a specific focus on achieving financial, cultural, social and environmental benefits. 

Candidates with an understanding and appreciation of the hapū and marae of Heretaunga Tamatea is desirable. Candidates will also need to demonstrate strong investment advisor experience, financial, legal and/or commercial experience in any sector with preferable experience in commercial property assets, investments and a strong appreciation of the significant role that HTST plays in the region. Specifically, Tino Rangatiratanga will be a key component of the decision-making process. 

The term of appointment is up to a maximum three years.
