As we gear up for the 2027 school year, we're looking to grow our team of Aquatic Education Instructors (SwimWell Instructors) to help support the delivery of our aquatic education programmes. What you'll do - A chance to make a difference

SwimWell Instructors teach learn-to-swim lessons for the Pōneke community. From babies taking their first splash to adults learning to feel at home in the water, our programme caters to all ages and a diverse range of community needs.

Our team is passionate about teaching a lifesaving skill and helping people discover the joy of being in the water. No two days are the same, and every lesson is an opportunity to make a real difference.

About you - No Experience, No Problem!

At SwimWell we are not looking for experienced instructors, we are looking for great people!
