What you'll do:
- Advise clients on all aspects of project finance transactions across infrastructure, renewable energy, construction, and property sectors
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex financing agreements and related documentation for large-scale projects with cross-border considerations
- Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and partners to deliver strategic advice on debt capital markets, financial regulation, and corporate finance matters
- Support clients through the full lifecycle of project finance deals, from initial structuring through to financial close
- Conduct thorough due diligence on project documents and counterparties to identify risks and propose practical solutions
What you bring:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with minimum 4 PQE in Banking & Finance Law, obtained within a reputable firm
- Demonstrated expertise advising on project finance transactions involving infrastructure or renewable energy sectors; experience with property or construction finance is highly regarded but not mandatory
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities enabling you to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients from varied backgrounds
- Proven capacity for critical thinking combined with sound judgement when navigating multifaceted legal issues under tight deadlines
