Are you a Finance professional who wants to work in a Marae organisation that is manaakitanga driven and whanau-centered? A rare opportunity has arisen in our Business and Finance Team, and we are looking for a stellar new kaimahi to join our whanau.
Mo te turanga - about the role
You will work alongside a small close knit team of professionals to contribute to the backbone of the organisation - finance and business operations. You will support payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, financial record management, business administration, and ensure the back office of the Marae is managed with integrity, transparency, and care- tika, pono and aroha. Ko te hapai o. Your expertise will help drive sustainable growth while supporting our commitment to manaakitanga, whanaungatanga, and service to whanau.

You will be someone who:
- Demonstrates sound financial and business management skills through your work experiences
- Builds positive relationships with people at all levels - internal and external
- Works with integrity, discretion, and accountability
- Takes initiative, can work independent and enjoys being organised

We are a multidisciplinary organisation working across different sectors to improve the wellbeing of whanau in our community. We have over 80 staff and 45+ services that range from primary healthcare, outreach health, social services, whanau ora and general support.
