Ko wai te Pakihi nei | About the Organisation

Ngāpuhi Asset Holding Company exists to grow and protect the commercial assets of Ngāpuhi for future generations. Based in Te Tai Tokerau, NAHC manages a diverse portfolio spanning fisheries, horticulture, property and funds, with a clear focus on long term intergenerational impact. This is a kaupapa grounded in commercial discipline, strategic ambition, and enduring responsibility to uri and whenua.

Ko te āhua o te tūranga | About the Role

This newly created Investment Manager role sits at the centre of that journey. Working closely with the CEO and Board, you will help drive investment activity across an evolving portfolio while supporting new opportunities, partnerships and transactions as they emerge. You’ll operate across investment analysis, portfolio oversight, stakeholder engagement and deal progression, with genuine visibility and influence across the organisation.

Mōu | About You

You may come from investment management, private equity, corporate finance, banking or commercial advisory. Most importantly, you will bring strong commercial judgement, financial literacy, curiosity and the ability to move confidently across multiple workstreams. You will be comfortable building relationships, communicating clearly, and operating with a high level of trust and autonomy.

An understanding of Māori commercial environments, iwi investment, or purpose led enterprise will be highly regarded, as will a connection to Te Tai Tokerau.

This is an opportunity to help shape something meaningful, with room to grow as the organisation continues to evolve.
