The role | Te tūnga   

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Analyst Tester to join our dev-ops team and help deliver high‑quality, user‑centered solutions for our Salesforce Production environment and background integrations.  

In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of functional and non-‑functional testing across a large programme of work. You’ll play a key part in strengthening our Enterprise Statistical Software Testing Framework while working in a highly collaborative, cross‑disciplinary environment. 

You’re a motivated, detail‑oriented tester who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working closely with others to deliver quality outcomes. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and contribute positively to team culture 
  • Solid experience testing Salesforce platforms, including integration and end‑to‑end testing 
  • Experience working with cloud‑based applications in Microsoft Azure environments 
  • Hands-on experience in API, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end test automation 
  • Proficiency with testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, Playwright, or Selenium 
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques 
  • Experience in Agile delivery teams with a DevOps and continuous improvement mindset 
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand business needs and customer outcomes 

It will give you an edge if you have  

  • Experience contributing to automation strategies, frameworks, and quality engineering practices 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, and YAML pipelines 
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and scripting (e.g. Python, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript) 
  • Experience mentoring others and uplifting testing capability across teams 
  • Performance and load testing experience in cloud environments 
  • Awareness of security testing practices 
  • Exposure to testing AI/ML systems, including prompt validation or AI governance
