What we’re looking for:
- 4–6 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within a top-tier or highly regarded commercial firm
- Strong experience in M&A transactions, securities law, and the Takeovers Code
- Technically sharp, commercially minded, and able to deliver under pressure
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering excellent outcomes for clients
