What we’re looking for:

  • 4–6 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within a top-tier or highly regarded commercial firm
  • Strong experience in M&A transactions, securities law, and the Takeovers Code
  • Technically sharp, commercially minded, and able to deliver under pressure
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering excellent outcomes for clients
