Tupu Tonu is an independent Crown-owned investment company, whose purpose is to establish and manage an investment portfolio which is intended to support any future commercial agreements between Ngāpuhi and the Crown in historical Tiriti o Waitangi settlement negotiations. They are seeking a part-time 

He aha te tūranga - About the role

This is a busy and varied administrative role at the heart of a small, collaborative team. You’ll ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, support corporate functions, and provide coordination support for internal projects and Board meetings.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, adaptable, and wants to contribute to work with purpose and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Coordination: Support the maintenance of a well-organised and professional office environment and manage supplies. 
  • General Administration: Provide administrative support across the organisation such as supporting onboarding/offboarding processes, helping to coordinate workflows, maintaining records, supporting efficient internal operations and leading travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • IT and Systems Support: Led the relationship with IT service providers to ensure systems are operating, functional and reliable. 
  • Inbox management: Monitor and manage shared inboxes, ensuring timely responses.
  • Board Support: Assist with the coordination of meetings and timely distribution of materials.

Ngā pūkenga, ngā tohu ōu - What you will need: 

  • Experience in administrative or operational support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
