It’s an exciting time to join the Social Investment Agency as we lead change across the public service to implement social investment and support Government to achieve better outcomes from social sector spending.
Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role
This is an important role that provides high level executive support to two of our Executive Leadership Team members. You will provide proactive, effective, seamless support and be a trusted go-to person. Our environment is fast paced and you will need to be highly organised and be able to managing competing priorities.
He kōrero mōu | About you
You will be an experienced Executive Assistant that has provided support at a senior management level with:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally in the public service.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office software systems, including Sharepoint and OneNote.
- A ‘can do’ attitude and proactive working style.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Knowledge of Te Ao Māori and Te Reo Māori is desirable.
Utu ā-tau | Salary
The salary range for this role is $66,188-$93,442.
