Starting salary: $95,972- $128,391 + superannuation

The role | Te tūnga
This role is permanent, based in Wellington. Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Experience, your focus is to lead and support specific projects and activities in the People Experience portfolio. You'll have opportunities to design interventions, dig into organisational challenges and opportunities and grow your knowledge across the breadth and depth of the OD specialism. Your team includes a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) lead, two other organisational development professionals, two learning and development gurus and a people leader keen to grow and develop you. We see you bringing a good technical understanding of OD; the useful techniques, frameworks and approaches to unpick organisational challenges and great influencing and communication skills - you can package up your thinking in a way that stakeholders can understand it! We have a work programme we'd be happy to talk through with lots of opportunities for you to lead, influence and develop. It includes projects connected to change implementation, performance culture, and a new and developing leadership model.
This role would suit someone who can bring:
- Significant experience working on OD projects and initiatives, ranging from leadership development to through to culture and performance
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive and solution-oriented mindset
- An understanding of the importance of Te Tiriti O Waitangi and it's connection to Public Service
- Cultural capability or a willingness to upskill and increase cultural capability
- Facilitation skills
