Starting salary: $134,137 - $150k + KiwiSaver

The role | Te tūnga 

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will report to the Senior Manager Collections in Technology Services. You will provide technical leadership to optimize and innovate the Salesforce platform, which is critical for managing data collection via surveys and external engagement. This role involves working closely with technology experts, project teams, and business leadership to shape long-term roadmaps and deliver complex Salesforce development work.

You will be our go to expert in Salesforce, having led the implementation of complex solutions in your career. You will make sure Salesforce developments are technically sound and minimise technical debt and cost. You will also be a great communicator, able to work produce complex technical documentation and explain things at a high level to leaders and non-technical people. And finally, you will be happy to roll your sleeves up and develop highly complex features.   

While we offer flexible working, the team are Wellington based, and the role will involve a lot of work in our new central city office on the corner of Willis St and Lambton Quay.
