This is a highly collaborative leadership role with responsibility for leading effective and efficient financial operations related to the Accounts Payables, Receivables/Credit Control team, bringing a customer focussed and education approach in all our communications. In this role you will also support the Deputy Chief Executive – Finance & Business Insights (DCE – FBI) with driving a forward-thinking financial transformation programme that applies principles of lean, business excellence, and process re-engineering across the portfolio.
- Lead and support Accounts Receivable & Payable teams to deliver best practice financial operations.
- Drive transformation initiatives across the F&BI portfolio, enhancing processes and systems using lean and business excellence methodologies.
- Provide excellence in change leadership to lead and support the focus on financial transformation, process simplification, standardisation and lean principles to implement desired change.
- Cultivate a culture of education and continuous improvement, enhancing clarity and accuracy in all communications.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration.
