In Aotearoa New Zealand since 2017, The Nature Conservancy is working to help people to incorporate nature positive practices for how we use land and coastal waters, through science-led restoration projects that deliver multiple improvements for the highest priority ecosystems, supported by financing mechanisms and by necessary policy changes.
Our aim is to develop playbooks to enable others to implement them across the country.
