Are you a creative? We are looking for a creative artist – in any modality to support our Tamariki/Ākonga in developing their motor skills through tactile discovery. You would be specialised in a creative skills – to help with expression, dance, art, speech, working through experiential learning. You would be creating the foundation for our Tamariki/Ākonga in creative practice that could lead to work opportunities for the people we support. This may mean you bringing your carving, weaving, pottery practice to our school in supporting our Tamariki/Ākonga. You would be a natural teacher – to facilitate learning - leading through doing, be observant and intuitive, genuinely respectful and appreciative of diversity, and be kind, fun and patient.

This role is based at our school, work is available during term time only.
