Live Life Disability Support Services (LLDSS) provides support to people who have disabilities to live great lives in the Nelson Marlborough community.
We support people to manage their day to day lives in ways and at times that work for them. The people we support have a wide range of abilities, gifts and challenges. We actively encourage people to pursue their dreams and try out new experiences, and can guarantee that no two days working at LLDSS are ever the same.
Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)
We are looking to appoint two on-roster Team Leaders, each working 80 hours a fortnight.
Position one is rostered Sunday to Thursday, 7am to 3.30pm. You will be leading a team providing intellectual disability and mental health support to four adults who love to get out and about and enjoy the best of everything that Nelson Tasman has to offer.
Position two is rostered Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm. You will be leading a team working with four older people with intellectual and some physical disabilities.

We are looking for inspiring Team Leaders who love to make connections across community groups and activities. You will live the Enabling Good Lives principles; ensuring that people are supported to fully participate in community life.
You will hold a minimum NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Level 4), or an equivalent health or disability related qualification as assessed by the Ministry of Health (see link below). Experience working in the field of disability would be an advantage.
This role is classified by Immigration as ANZSCO 423111 and applicants for this position must be NZ or Australian Citizens, or have NZ permanent residency, or a valid NZ work visa.
The salary for each position is $58,925 plus an annual Team Leader allowance of $5,000.
