Team Coordinator - 12 months secondmment or fixed term opportunity

The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced administrator who has a passion for providing an outstanding level of support to join our supportive, dynamic and growing team. 

  • Do you have a two or more years of hands on administrative or coordinative support experience and take pride in leading a team to coordinate daily tasks and project work?
  • Are you proactive with a solution’s focused attitude with a strong attention to detail?
  • Can you juggle multiple priorities with a smile on your face? 
  • Can you use your initiative and creativity to identify and create new processes whilst leading and supporting a team?

If you are proactive, reliable, consistent, able to problem solve, and have strong organisational skills, then this could be the job for you.

  • Supporting the Leadership team and co-ordinating and supporting an administrative team
  • Leading the workload and forecasting the team’s workload
  • Using initiative and developing and implementing processes 
  • Experience in working in the agile world is preferable
  • You will be the first point of contact and supporting Health and Safety requirements for the office

To be successful in the role, you will have

  • Excellent communication skills – ability to build solid relationships is key
  • Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • Pre-empt what is needed to be done and be keen to help
  • Experience in setting agendas and minute taking

Position Description

Salary range: $54,707.00 - $66,864.00
