Toi Mai, the new Workforce Development Council (WDC) responsible for the Creative, Cultural, Recreation and Technology sectors, is looking for an extraordinary Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive and Poumatua to ensure efficient workflow of day-to-day operations and help establish a foundation for success.

You will:

  • Support the Chief Executive and Poumatua with managing and co-ordinating diaries, anticipating needs, analysing and assessing requests in order to screen, problem solve, and troubleshoot issues

  • Take minutes at meetings attended by the Chief Executive and or Poumatua, manage agendas and support administrative functions of other meetings as required

  • Demonstrated experience in a previous executive support position to a CEO or Senior Executive.
