Nau Mai, Haere Mai.

Te Whānau o Waipareira is one Aotearoa's largest non-government organisations, having served the Waitākere Region for over 30 years. As leaders of generational change for urban Māori, we provide a broad range of services in healthcare, social justice, housing, and education. Collaborating with Māori partners nationwide, we continue to support a strong indigenous agenda for the future of our whānau.

The Waipareira Way.

Here at Te Whānau o Waipareira, we do things our own style, and in our own way. The Waipareira Way. When new kaimahi first walk through our doors, they become woven into a multi-generational movement to create social change for urban Māori. This makes a Waipareira career more than just a "job". And our kaimahi, more than just workers. We are all one. An interconnected whānau, driven to make an impact out West. As employers, we ensure that wellbeing is prioritized for all kaimahi, with flexible work modes available depending on the role. To complement a competitive pay package, we also provide five weeks on annual leave, allowing the time to rest and recharge! Please note that due to current healthcare mandates, Waipareira is a 100% vaccinated employer against COVID-19.
