About the Role:
You’ll work with the Executive to develop Air NZs te ao Māori Development Strategy, incorporating it into their overall organisational strategy and be responsible for integrating te ao Māori into the customer and employee propositions and Air New Zealand’s external engagement with Māori stakeholders.
You’ll already have-
• Strong networks within agencies and commercial entities representing Māori
• involvement and ability in cultural and tourism activities
• experience in the development of strategies and business plans
• influencing skills and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships
• Confidence with te reo Māori me ona tikanga
• Knowledge of marketing and communication channels, including social media
• Designing and implementing cultural development strategy which support broader organisational strategy
• Broad understanding of the business
• Strategic agility and strategic leadership
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
