IndigiShare is a Māori social enterprise that was created to build economic resilience amongst whānau. We aim to support Māori businesses and entrepreneurs through a koha-loan system grounded in tikanga Māori.
We have hit our first strategic milestone and are now positioning ourselves for a sustainable and progressive future, to be led out by kaupapa driven Operations Manager.
We are seeking applicants with existing financial and funding experience that will bring stakeholders and supporters on board the IndigiShare journey. You will have exceptional communications skills, can work independently and are driven by deadlines and a challenge. As an indigenous organisation, we would love the preferred applicant to have knowledge of te reo Māori me ōna tikanga.
The Operations Manager’s core function is to develop and deliver on the organisational funding strategy that will build the economic platform for IndigiShare to achieve its purpose and mission.
This is a fixed term 6 month contract and will report directly to the Board Chair.
The salary band for this role is negotiable, depending on experience.
