The Junior Broker is an entry level position that straddles both the broker support and broker lines of responsibility. You will support the team with client work and work directly with insurers, clients and other key service providers but also work on your own independent portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client documents such as Statements of Advice
  • Negotiate insurer submissions and documents
  • Liaise with underwriters and clients and support process improvement and development
  • General administrative responsibilities
  • Assist in developing though leadership, marketing content and material

Key Requirements:

  • Currently working within a graduate scheme or in a junior or entry level position, either in financial services, professional services or similar
  • Organised and detailed orientated
  • Comfortable working in the grey and in asking for help
  • An understanding of corporate insurance broking and a desire to demonstrate what they have learned
