IT Project Manager

About the role:

Shaping delivery of technology changes in a variety of initiatives as part of our Infrastructure Products group. Performing a key role in regular sprint (fortnightly) and program increment (quarterly) events and ceremonies. Working with your colleagues to remove impediments to team efficiencies and co-ordination of cross team work. Engaging external agencies in their delivery of product and services to the Ministry.

We are looking for:

A working knowledge of infrastructure technology, including hardware platforms, networks, voice and infrastructure applications Flexible and adaptable approach to your work Proficiency in the use of project management tools Experience with scheduling, reporting and coordinating meetings Collaborative team player Experience with Resource Management Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects whilst supporting the wider team Someone with NZ Citizenship or NZ permanent residency Qualifications or experience in Agile Delivery techniques (preferred).

You communicate confidently and have the ability to build relationships with your stakeholders as easily as you build relationships with your technical team. You have a proactive approach to problem resolution, are well organised and have the ability to plan ahead and work to deadlines, so we would like to hear from you.

Salary range: $108,585.00 - $132,715.00
