Te Awanui Huka Pak Ltd is looking for an administration superstar to join the team. This position is an exciting opportunity to join a whānau and support our Māori trusts to fulfil their aspirations.
In this varied role, you will provide high quality administrative and secretarial support to our clients who are Ahuwhenua and whānau trusts around the Bay of Plenty. You will be working with a wide range of people and have proven ability to work effectively in Māori settings.
You will be highly organised, have great attention to detail along with experience in reporting, financial administration, secretarial support and have demonstrated skills in the use of computing software and digital tools including word processing, excel spreadsheets and database software.
You will need to be flexible, able to show initiative, use discretion, have the ability to exercise judgement and accept responsibility. The position is based in Tauranga.
A current NZ drivers licence is essential.
This position is a permanent position. Start Date: ASAP
