As an Organisational Development Business Partner, you will be part of the future-focused People and Culture team, helping Wintec do what it does best – turn out work-ready graduates who can take on the world. As the ideal candidate you will have a background in HR and/or L&D/OD and the ability to understand and are fluent in te reo, tikanga and/or mātauranga māori to support changes within the People and Culture space.

You will use your influence and coaching abilities to work with leaders, kaimahi, external stakeholders and Te Tiriti partners to improve outcomes and to deliver on our objectives of partnership and equity. We have a close support network and swap advice, guidance and experience to continuously grow each other as a team.

You will be able to demonstrate the following capabilities and experience: - Leadership development & coaching - Expert facilitation designed to empower and influence - Project co-ordination and management - Culture change within both team and organisational contexts - Exceptional stakeholder partnership with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business.

You will partner with your business leaders to get the best out of their teams, through coaching, development or performance enhancement to achieve our strategic goals will be your true measure of success. You will need personal qualities to work through adversity and demonstrate resilience to work through the challenges that come with taking people on the journey of change.
