The Division of Health, Engineering, Computing and Sciences (HECS), comprises four schools: Te Huataki Waiora School of Health, Te Aka Mātuatua School of Science, School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, and the School of Engineering, along with Te Ipu o te Mahara, the Artificial Intelligence Institute, and the Environmental Research Institute.

Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

This is a new role to HECS and we are very excited to see someone get stuck in and make it successful. You will be working as part of an integrated team, providing the initial point of contact for enquiries - predominantly from students, but from staff and visitors as well. You will provide timely programme advice, pastoral care and assist students in the navigation of university processes.

You will be tasked with the efficient and professional operation of the reception area, providing first rate customer service and advice on enrolment, re-entry, assessment and graduation processes.

The salary is in the range of $61,698 to $74,256 per year depending on qualifications, skills and experience.
