About the Role

The right candidate will be able to provide cultural support to foster parents, tamariki and rangatahi to support their cultural identity while in care. You will be working closely with the training and coaching team as well as the social work team to achieve results.  

Deliver cultural training presentations for foster parents. Provide support sessions with tamariki and rangatahi who identify as Maori. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in Te Reo Maori
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Experience working directly with children or teaching or similar role
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
