Reporting to the General Manager within the Clients and Marketing team, you will become there go to person, coordinating the day to day running’s of the team

About the role:

As the team assistant you will join the clients and marketing team providing general administrative support from proposals, data analytics, photo shoots, and account management. This diverse role is ideal for someone who is a not only a great team player but is highly organised with a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collating information to assist the team with proposals, contact sheets and other client requests
  • Assisting with photoshoots
  • Assisting with coordination elements of conferences and events sponsored by Russell McVeagh
  • Supporting the team's work on sector groups and key client accounts including minute taking
  • Helping with any minor website updates
  • Supporting the team with Data analytics
  • Keeping information in the CRM accurate and up to date
  • Assisting with all co-ordination aspects of the client experience programme.
  • Utilising our preferred survey platform, build, distribute and share results.
  • General adhoc administrative support requested by the team

Key Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years administrative or support based experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite especially excel
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive approach and a ‘can do’ attitude, go the extra mile for the team.
  • Superior communication skills - ability to communicate with people at all levels.
