About the role - Atu mo te mahi
Reporting to the Head of Learning, we are looking for an expert to provide end to end implementation and delivery of learning and development within our organisation. You would also be responsible for developing quality induction programmes as well as ad hoc and ongoing learning content.
About you - Pehea koe
We are looking for a Te Reo Māori speaking Learning Consultant, you will need at least seven years previous experience as a Learning Consultant and be able to demonstrate your ability to produce clear documentation, designs and specifications. You will have experience of learning systems and Agile or Addie approach to training. Your role will be consultative, so your client facing skills must be strong. You are a learning consultant all-rounder!
You will need extensive project management experience, from design to implementation and a track record of managing multiple projects at any one time. Your results will speak for themselves because you know how to measure the impact of everything you design.
