Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

The Programme Manager MBA (Master of Business Administration) and Executive Education plays a key role within the Waikato Management School. The role is responsible for all aspects of the operational delivery of the Waikato MBA, executive education (corporate) programmes and short courses including student recruitment, liaising with academic and teaching staff, managing contracts, and providing general support to the Directors of the MBA, and Engagement and Executive Education.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person with the drive and desire to make a positive difference to the lives and careers of working professionals and the communities in which they work. You will have exceptional communication skills and have experience in working with diverse learners and academic staff. You will be able to analyse and resolve complex issues with on point problem-solving skills. You should also be able to respond proactively to a variety of situations and to work professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of first-rate executive learning and development experiences.

In addition, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience and ideally experience work experience within a tertiary organisation. Your ICT skills will be one of your key strengths, including using web-based systems and strong financial management skills.

The salary range for this position is $74,802 to $86,268 per year, depending on qualifications, skills and experience.
