We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Kaiwhakahaere Ako (Manager Educational Delivery) to manage, develop and monitor education delivery across a diverse portfolio.  This is a full-time permanent, management position based at our campus in Porirua where you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of programme delivery across an assigned geographical area.  Alongside this, you will play a major role in providing academic management and support to academic kaimahi as well as monitoring of teaching and learning activities for a number of our programmes.  The ability to understand and converse in Te Reo Māori is essential. 

In this key role, you are required to have:

- A sound understanding of Te Reo Māori, values, culture and tikanga

- Hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant field and have proven work experience in education or support services 

- You will need to be an excellent communicator and have strong relationship management skills

- Excellent planning and project/task management skills

- Demonstrated experience in staff management

- A full clean NZ driver’s licence is also required
