iskills are looking for two experienced Partner Managers to join their team during an exciting growth period.

In 2021, iskills announced a new partnership with Australian workforce management software company, Pegasus to join the Avetta group, the largest global provider of supply chain risk and worker management solutions. The strategic acquisition of iskills by Pegasus has allowed for expansion within several business opportunities for iskills, as well as continued generation of growth.

About the Role:

This is a client facing, commercial and operations role focusing on providing competency management services and advice to key clients, networks and stakeholders.

Reporting to the NZ Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing the relationship of one major key client within multiple areas of that business. You will oversee the hygiene of the client relationship by managing a team to provide service delivery solutions that are efficient, effective and add value.

Whilst your primary focus will be overseeing and developing the existing relationship, you will also be tasked with identifying any out-of-scope commercial growth opportunities within the business clients to increase revenue and business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients to produce training and competency service and system budgets through accurate costing of services.
  • Manage effective teams to provide outstanding service and drive targets for maintaining workforce competency.
  • Carry out contract reviews, negotiate changes to contract and ensure accurate contract billing.
  • Ensure adequate resourcing to enable stability and retention within the teams through effective planning, recruitment and growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

Experience in managing people effectively through periods of growth and change.
A proven track record of superior relationship building customer service and leadership skills preferably in a serviced based environment.
Good commercial awareness, contract negotiation and experience with developing budgets.
Self-motivated, confident and outgoing with the ability to relate well to people from a variety of backgrounds.
Knowledge of utilities, infrastructure, construction and/or facilities management sectors highly desirable
Understanding of the vocational education sector in NZ highly desirable
