Ministerial Services is looking for two experienced administrators to provide support services to members of the Executive for the duration of the 53rd Parliament.
You will be a dedicated and committed team player, exceptionally well organised with effective planning and co-ordination skills. A keen eye for detail is a must, as is the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to competing and changing priorities.
You will bring with you excellent administration skills, have experience in diary and travel management as well as the ability to deal with and facilitate correspondence. An understanding of existing government, parliamentary and public service protocols and processes, Official Information Act requests and parliamentary questions would be advantageous.
To be successful in this role you will have the demonstrated ability to work well as a team player and collaboratively across teams. You will thrive under pressure and can juggle competing priorities and responsibilities at short notice. A flexible approach to work is valued, along with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in these roles, or on the Parliamentary Complex is highly desirable.
