Regulatory and Pricing Analyst
The ultimate work/life balance
Let's start with the "life" part of the equation. In your new role as Regulatory and Pricing Analyst with Eastland Network, you will be living in the beautiful Tairāwhiti region, renowned for sunshine and surfing.
You'll be based in modern open plan offices near the centre of Gisborne. Each day you can enjoy barista-style coffee and free fruit, and pick fresh salads from our on-site garden. At lunchtime, jump on one of our electric bikes and head down to the beach for a swim, or to the nearby gym to make the most of your subsidised membership. Once you've been with us for a few months, you can take advantage of our flexible working hours - and enjoy more time to explore this unique part of New Zealand.
Now for the work side of things.
If you have an excellent grasp of financial analysis, a good understanding of pricing concepts and an interest in the electricity industry, this is a position tailor-made for you.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that we continue to meet our compliance obligations. You'll be taught about our electricity network assets and costs, so you can develop efficient pricing that meets regulatory requirements and guidelines. Plus, you'll be looking after our quality of service reporting - one of the most important performance indicators of the business.
We'll give you on-the-job training to set you up for success, and there are real career progression opportunities for someone who is keen to learn.
