Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

This is a role for all seasons. You will be involved in a number of varied activities, alongside the foundational administrative tasks that keep the School ticking over. You will liaise with the School Manager and Registrars, facilitating communication and follow up actions, administer the Class Representation system, assist with School events and coordinate visitor meetings. These are only some of the responsibilities that make up this compelling and challenging role. Are you up for it?

Ko wai koe? - Who are you?

You are highly organised, able to multi-task and approach your work with high energy and self-motivation. Attention to detail and prioritisation are key to this role and you will have demonstrable skills and experience in both. You are a person who gets on with things and loves to help people, whether it be your peers, your leaders, students or stakeholders.

Alongside this you will have the following:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with figures and have a general understanding of financial transactions
  • A general understanding of the tertiary sector
  • A current full driver's licence

The salary range for this position is $61,698 to $74,256 per year depending on qualifications, skills and experience.
