Founded in 2019, Leaven is a cloud and business transformation consultancy, and is the cloud transformation business unit of CCL – part of the Spark Business Group.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Strategy, the Head of Cloud Marketing will take a lead role in building market awareness and demand in support of the CCL and Leaven cloud and transformation offerings products with a Corporate and Government client base.

As the Head of Cloud Marketing, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the cloud market, prospective customers, and the buying process in support of crafting differentiated messaging and effective marketing programmes.

You will design, develop and execute integrated marketing plans for cloud platforms and transformation services. Success will be measured by establishing CCL and Leaven as leading brands and thought leaders, increasing awareness, consideration and demand for their capabilities across target customers, prospective employees, staff and our partners. 

Key Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification supported by a minimum of five years’ technology or product marketing experience in a commercial environment.
  • Well-honed relationship management skills with the ability to build effective and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and key external partners and suppliers.
  • The ability to convey complex products and ideas in a value-oriented way; supporting sales teams to communicate confidently as they engage with commercial and Government customers.
