Right now, our Workforce Development & Wellbeing team have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with drive for helping others achieve and succeed to join them in a part time Learning Technologist position, working 20 hours per week.

Our team is responsible for driving organisational development opportunities, including developing capabilities and implementing a wide range of wellbeing initiatives.

In this role you will enjoy a wide scope, where one day you might lead the development of a learning module and another facilitating wellbeing opportunities with a team. Therefore we require flexibility, efficient administrative and process skills to support all our programmes, and a high degree of technical expertise in eLearning development to support our workforce.

To be successful in this role you will need to be an approachable and agile problem solver who is willing and flexible to help their team and colleagues through complex or unexpected situations. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A passion for learning and wellbeing
  • Ability to implement strategy into action
