We are looking for a confident HR practitioner with up-to-date employment law knowledge that adds immediate value.  This is a new part-time (0.5 FTE) role to support a group of general practices in the Pinnacle network.  Hours to be worked across 4-5 days a week. 

Working closely with the broader Pinnacle HR team you will have a positive impact on organisational culture.  You will do this by proactively contributing to a spirited, nimble and professional workplace which is ready for the future.

Key activities will include providing HR advice, information and support while continually improving the employee experience. There will also be some administration such as writing adverts and drafting employment paperwork.

This role is for a HR practitioner who has a pragmatic approach and can add immediate value. It is important that you have a minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR advisory role.
