Whakatairangatia ngā kete o te mātauranga ki te ao mārama!
E te tai whakarunga, e te tai whakararo – nau piki mai, nau kake mai ki te Mana Tohu Mātauranga o Aotearoa.
May the baskets of knowledge (education) be brought into the world of light.
We welcome one and all to join us at the New Zealand Qualifications Authority.
Do you want to lead a team at the top of their profession in a role that is critical to ākonga? Could this be the next step in your professional educational career? Would you like to be part of a professional, supportive and collegial team?
Assessment & Moderation is responsible for the quality assurance of school and kura based assessment for internally assessed standards. Assessment and Moderation Facilitators play a vital role in overseeing and supporting kaiako in both mainstream and Māori-medium settings.
Day to day you will be at the forefront of innovative and world-leading initiatives for Māori. We need an experienced assessment expert who will lead a team of Assessment and Moderation Facilitators with responsibility for managing internal assessment related to Te Marautanga o Aotearoa, Te Ao Haka, Te Reo Maori and Tertiary providers.
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team that contributes to education on a national scale. Your influence will have a far reaching and positive impact on the education of ākonga throughout Aotearoa.
