The Covid situation is changing every day, you are not required to be available now however, if Covid cases increase, we will notify you and ask if you are available to work.
  
About the role | Atu mo te mahi
  
Reporting to a Supervisor, you will manage outbound calls to service users who have or have been in contact with cases of Covid-19 and are required to self-isolate. We operate Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm and would offer full time or part time shifts. You would need to be able to work from home using your own laptop or PC and a reliable internet connection.

Working within a virtual environment, you will need to be confident using online systems and talking with service users over the phone. You’ll also need great communication skills to manage calls with empathy, kindness and professionalism.    
  • Proven experience in a customer focused role with strong communication skills
  • Confident in a phone-based role and accurate typing skills
  • Call centre or customer service experience would be an advantage
  • Digitally savvy and confident using technology
  • Keen to learn in a fast-paced environment with ability to pick up new information
  • This is a work from home role where you will need to stay up to date to deliver a seamless service to our community
  • Must be eligible to work in New Zealand

We manage inbound and outbound call centres in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch as well as remote teams working from their homes across the country.
