Senior Software Engineer – Digital Assessment Transformation

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on delivering transformational solutions in a complex and evolving environment.   

This work is part of for the NCEA Online Programme - an innovative and challenging initiative to transform New Zealand's external examination system.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have strong experience in:

  • Core JAVA with some level of front-end development
  • Designing integration solutions
  • Core API development using different protocols
  • Database design & development
  • Point-to-point integration solution using cloud services (like AWS/Azure).
  • Developing integration solutions using AWS components
