Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)

As a housekeeping at Wairau Hospital you will undertake a range of cleaning and household duties in wards and departments, as well as at various locations around the district. 

We have a casual position available, working on an as required basis cover staff sick leave and annual leave. Some forward planning will be available, however, you will require the flexibility to cover a range of shifts, sometimes at short notice. 

Please note casual employment has no guaranteed hours of work.

To be successful in this role you must be reliable, have a positive attitude and deliver consistently high-quality work and a customer-focused service. Previous commercial cleaning experience would be an advantage; however, training can be provided.
