We are looking for a senior Registered Nurse to be the Team Leader to work across our Whānau Health Centres based in Te Aroha, Paeroa, Thames, Coromandel and Whitianga.

Our Whānau Health Centre's provide primary health care services (including long term conditions community services), primary mental health services, school nursing and Tamariki Ora nursing services. Almost half of our patients enrolled in our 4 VLCA practices identify as Māori.

We can offer the successful candidate workplace variety, and a supportive team and management structure. You will work with the administrators, nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, support workers and other staff across Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki to deliver services to whānau.

This role is a full-time role based in Thames - and will work across all clinic sites. Reporting to the Poukura Hauora (Clinical Services Manager), the role will line manage all Registered Nurses in the Whānau Health Centres (approximately 20 by headcount) and will work in partnership with the Clinical Leader and the Clinic Admin Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the Whānau Health Centres.
