We have recently embarked on a significant change programme driven by our strategic priorities to enhance our delivery of high quality and efficient professional trustee services, to streamline our systems and processes and enhance the client experience and satisfaction of the services we provide. As a result, we have a new and exciting opportunity within our Legal team.
The Executive Assistant/Legal Team Administrator is primarily responsible for providing full administration support to the General Counsel and the wider Legal team. In this varied and fast-paced role, responsibilities include managing the diary commitments of the General Counsel, word-processing, reporting, development of presentation material and invoicing. In support of the wider Legal team, responsibilities will include maintaining of legal databases and files, filing and archiving, conducting of research and the collation of information.
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
- Proven experience in a similar role providing support to Senior Management.
- A working knowledge of legal procedures and legal terminology.
- Well-developed computer and word-processing skills with a high degree of competency within the MS Office suite.
- Excellent time management, communication, organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate discretion at all times.
