Support Officer - Āpiha Tautoko

About the Role - Kōrero mō te tūranga                   

There’s lots to do in this job. You will be a part of the Planning and Process Improvement Team providing services that support Fisheries New Zealand to deliver on its objectives. 

Your main focus will be providing administrative support including arranging meetings, sourcing rooms, taking minutes, arranging travel, stationery supplies, mail and other corporate service type activities. From time to time you will also be required to provide back-up Executive Co-ordinator support.

You need to be agile, adaptable and quick to pick things up.  We need you to have a can do attitude, be a team player, capable with systems and processes and able to cope with making changes on the fly.
