Whānau Ora Commissioning Agency is charged with delivering Whānau Ora across Te Ika a Māui, working with whānau to help achieve their goals and aspirations, creating positive and long-lasting change.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for working closely with Whānau Ora partners throughout Te Ika a Māui. Providing high quality, timely and practical advice that supports successful implementation of Whānau Ora commissioning programmes within their communities, regions and to whānau. You will be part of a small team leading workshops, writing correspondence and reports, reporting to the Board and key stakeholders.

The ideal applicant for this role must be a confident communicator and presenter and have an understanding of Whānau Ora philosophy.  Previous experience working with Māori and a good understanding of tikanga practices and te reo māori will enable them to support and build relationships with our partners. A qualification in a relevant field such as media, communications, marketing, public relations, health or social development would be preferable.
