Rotorua Lakes Council is looking for a Trade Waste & Pollution Control Officer to drive our Trade Waste Programme and tackle commercial waste!

Your challenge will be identifying and remedying adverse pollution and trade waste related situations. You will support Council’s 3-waters infrastructure and environmental responsibilities, including environmental sampling and monitoring, engagement, education and initiatives to promote positive behavior to maintain the health and wellbeing of our spectacular waterways. You’ll be involved in everything from carrying out regular inspections to ensuring compliance with bylaws.
