Your position

In this position you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating IT procurement requests for Unitec staff. You'll be liaising with users and documenting their requests for end user devices, peripherals and mobile phones.

A key component of this role includes executing computer lease replacements where you'll be implementing procedures for tracking company assets and overseeing timely asset refresh, while maintaining quality control throughout their lifecycle. Along with this you'll be actively using Service Management principles and tools, as well as placing orders with Unitec suppliers, raising purchase orders, and problem solving with users.

Your experience
