The position

We are on the lookout for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can work at a strategic level as well as being prepared to roll up your sleeves to support your team. You will have two direct reports being the Digital Content Advisor and Digital Marketing Coordinator as well as being a leader to the rest of the marketing team.

You will be working closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement innovative and results focused digital marketing strategies and action plans. These action plans will positively impact brand reputation and increase enquiry and applicant numbers through digital engagement.

Your experience

To be successful in this position you will have demonstrable experience in the following:

  • Digital marketing, customer experience, and ideally have developed and implemented lead nurture campaigns.
  • You will be a problem solver and will be able to take people on the journey of unpicking the broader context to a problem and develop action focused solutions.
  • You are a natural leader and have previous experience in managing a team.
  • An understanding of Te Reo Māori, Tikanga Māori and the values and practices of Kaupapa Māori.
