Ngā Kura ā Iwi o Aotearoa (NKAI) is an incorporated society of 32 Kura who are committed to Te Reo Māori and the educational aspirations of their respective Iwi. The NKAI administration body provides a range of services including professional development, support and advocacy. Our collective vision is to reach the pinnacle of success (Te Tihi o Angitu) through tukuihotanga (culturalcy), whai oranga (wellbeing) and pūkenga ako (intellectual autonomy).
The Pou Whakapakari will be charged with leading the NKAI Professional Development Arm and cordinating the development of the Te Tihi o Angitu Progressions Project. We are looking for a confident, engaging and collaborative individual with the skills to advocate, cordinate and project manage while contributing to other NKAI initiatives.
