The purpose of your role
As our Lecturer in Molecular Ecology, you'll deliver high quality classroom, laboratory and field-based learning related to molecular ecology within our Environmental and Animal Sciences pathway. You'll ensure better student outcomes by engaging and supporting students' in their learning and research.
Most importantly, we're on the lookout for a high performing professional, who thrives on building professional relationships with staff, students and industry stakeholders. You enjoy staying on top of developments in your field and are interested in sharing your knowledge with others.
You have a high level of knowledge and expertise in molecular ecology/evolution, with a minimum of a post-graduate qualification, preferably at a Masters level and above.

This position is based in our beautiful green campus of Mt Albert, with free parking, as well as a molecular ecology laboratory, microbiology suite, greenhouse, invertebrate collection and herbarium.
